Weapon Stats:

To examine a weapon, highlight it with the mouse and wait a moment. A caption will appear with the weapon's stats:

Ability = (Skill type that this weapon requires.)

Damage = (Min / max damage not including modifiers.)

Speed = (Swing speed, higher being better.)

Required Strength = (STR required to equip weapon.)

Required Agility = (AGI required to equip weapon.)

Durability = (current / max durability values.)

Some weapons may also give special bonuses.

Every copy of a particular weapon has slightly different statistics. Sometimes a lowly weapon may have great stats, while a fancy looking weapon turns out to be a dud! Attention to details could save your life someday.

Repairing Weapons

If your favorite weapon.s current durability is allowed to go below zero, then the max durability begins to fall, which finally reaches zero, destroying the weapon. Weapons can be repaired, though, by using a grinding wheel. Of course, grinding on a sword too much causes its own kind of wear, and you.ll always loose some portion of the max durability depending on your metal working skills.
